Leap to the Future

I was out in Roswell last summer (2011) and while I was there I checked out a Roswell UFO Museum. In the Museum there is a research/ Library area of anything you wanted to know relevant to UFO, Aliens, and Secrets of the government. Anyway in the Library on the book shelfs are little models of buildings and futuristic looking  houses. This is just one of them but it caught my eye because it stood out from the others. Looks like a high tech structure of maybe a space station that’d be on the moon one day. What do you imagine this could be a model of?
